I find it difficult not to get distracted by other senses and overwhelmed with sounds. Is the distraction a useful/good thing?
Some noise made me jump
Breath filling a hollow space, swirling
Belly noise,
Sharp,
Memorable
Musical scales lifted body from the insisde and imitated falling inside
Sounds reverberated depending on pitch and volume
Don't usually notice the sounds when walking. - Something I do many times a day but never pay attention to.
I think sometimes distraction can be used in a positive way. It could allow you to notice things you wouldn't normally draw attention to. Its interesting to read about how you reacted to different noises and what it felt like for you.
